Job Title: Building Automation Project Manager/Application Engineer
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager with hands-on expertise in Tridium Niagara programming to lead and manage building automation system (BAS) projects from kickoff through commissioning and closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in BAS, proven leadership in project delivery, and a deep understanding of Tridium Niagara frameworks and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of BAS projects including planning, execution, commissioning, and client handoff.

Program, configure, and commission Tridium Niagara-based control systems.

Coordinate project activities with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings and specifications to ensure system compliance.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Provide on-site technical support during installation and commissioning phases.

Collaborate with design engineers to ensure system functionality and performance meet project requirements.

Develop project documentation including system architecture, sequences of operations, and O&M manuals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
