Job Title:  HVAC Selling Project Manager

Position Overview:

This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of generating and closing commercial HVAC sales with overseeing the successful execution of awarded projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the leadership skills necessary to manage projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, building owners, property managers, and engineers.

  • Conduct site visits and assess client needs to prepare accurate scopes of work and cost estimates.

  • Create and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close contracts that meet both client needs and company profitability targets.

  • Oversee project execution including scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and customer communication.

  • Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Maintain thorough records of sales activities, opportunities, and project details using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial HVAC sales.

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
