Job Title: Project Manager – Mechanical Construction
Full-time Duties Included But Not Limited To
- The satisfaction of external and internal customers
- Coordination of project with customer, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Understanding/interpretation/Review of control drawings
- Attending job-site progress meetings
- Managing multiple projects to completion/customer satisfaction
- Ordering all material and ensuring delivery to jobsite
- Progress billing of projects
- Management of electrical installation subcontractor
- Creation and management of construction schedules
- Verification of job checkout
- Test & balance commissioning/trouble-shooting
- Turnover to warranty service department
Requirements
- Service driven attitude
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with MEP plan interpretation and application
- Excellent communication writing skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Expertise in time management
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Possess strong self-management skills
- Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities
