Job Title: Building Automation Sales Reprsentative
For over 50 years, we have installed DDC control systems in commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, colleges, and government buildings. We are one of the largest independent controls contractors in Texas. Due to our long term success, loyal customer base, and growth, we are looking to hire high-caliber individuals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segments.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, building owners, and other key decision-makers.

Promote and sell building automation systems, energy management solutions, and smart building technologies.

Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized proposals, quotes, and presentations.

Conduct site visits, assessments, and needs analysis to create tailored solutions for clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

3+ years of sales experience in building automation, HVAC controls, energy management, or a related field.

Strong technical understanding of BAS systems, IoT, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory as needed.
