As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive to expand our presence in the commercial and industrial building automation market.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Develop and manage client relationships with contractors, mechanical engineers, facility managers, and building owners.

  • Identify and solve customer challenges by recommending smart building technologies, energy-efficient automation solutions, and HVAC controls.

  • Create and deliver customized proposals and estimates for building automation system retrofits, new construction projects, and service contracts.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and drive sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are cost-effective and aligned with client goals.

  • Stay current on trends in BMS, BAS, IoT for buildings, and sustainable building technologies.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

  • 3+ years of successful technical sales experience in building automation, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction technology.

  • Proven track record as a hunter – you actively pursue new opportunities and close business with confidence.

  • Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with a passion for building relationships and delivering results.

  • Comfortable working in a solution sales environment and presenting to senior-level decision-makers.
