Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily operations of our HVAC service department. This role is responsible for managing field technicians, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, supporting sales efforts, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, leadership experience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians and dispatch personnel

Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and work order management

Ensure top-tier service delivery and customer satisfaction across all service calls

Monitor technician performance, provide training, and implement development plans

Coordinate with sales and project teams on service-related opportunities

Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and company policies

Manage department budgets, productivity metrics, and service profitability

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex systems

Stay current with HVAC codes, regulations, and emerging technologies
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC service with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong technical knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems

Proven experience managing field service teams and operational workflows

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Proficiency with service management software and reporting tools

EPA certification and HVAC license preferred
