Position Summary
We are seeking a Building Automation Technician/Programmer to support service calls and take the lead on programming for control systems. This role is ideal for a motivated and technically proficient individual who enjoys working with Niagara-based systems and wants to play a meaningful role in a supportive and flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to and troubleshoot building automation system service calls.

Program, commission, and support BAS systems including:

Niagara Framework (Tridium)

Johnson Controls
-
Facility Explorer
-

Interface directly with owners and end-users on retrofit projects.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Maintain system documentation, including point-to-point checklists, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operations.

Participate in technical discussions and company direction via employee steering committee.
What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of Niagara N4, Tridium, Johnson Controls, and Facility Explorer.

Proven experience with field service, troubleshooting, and programming of DDC systems.

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
