Role Overview
This position is designed for a versatile professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will support projects from initial engineering through field execution, making this an ideal role for someone who values technical variety and end-to-end project involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer and design building automation systems, including control drawings and documentation
  • Program building automation systems from scratch
  • Support field installation, startup, testing, and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and integration issues
  • Collaborate with project managers and service teams during execution
  • Support system integration and preventive maintenance strategies

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in building automation, controls engineering, or BAS field work
  • Hands-on experience with BAS programming and field operations
  • Working knowledge of Niagara Framework
  • Ability to independently execute technical project tasks
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tridium Niagara and Visio based control drawings
  • Niagara N4 Certification (Basic or Advanced)
  • Ability to perform both design/engineering and on-site technical work
  • Experience in commercial, institutional, municipal, or industrial environments
