About the Role:
We are expanding our footprint in Northern Virginia and seeking a skilled BAS Project Manager to lead large-scale building automation projects in critical environments such as data centers, pharmaceutical labs, and life sciences facilities. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects valued from $5 million to over $120 million, ensuring successful delivery in high-demand markets.
Key Responsibilities (Required):
- Oversee end-to-end project management for BAS installations and retrofits.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for projects ranging from $5M to $120M.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Supervise commissioning and integration of BAS systems in critical environments.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Responsibilities:
- Experience with pharmaceutical, higher education, and life sciences projects.
- Familiarity with large-scale data center projects and retrofit environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BAS project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, DDC systems, and integration processes.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Fortune 500 clients and structured project environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually.
- Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 annually based on performance.
