Job Title: BAS Service Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a BAS Service Technician to support commercial building automation systems throughout the Denver metro area. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, commissioning, and optimizing HVAC control systems for commercial, healthcare, industrial, and educational facilities.
Required Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
- Troubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
- Perform system startups, commissioning, and point-to-point verification.
- Modify programming and graphics as needed.
- Support BAS integrations and system upgrades.
- Analyze system performance and identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Document service work and communicate recommendations to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service while working independently in the field.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of BAS, controls, or HVAC automation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and DDC controls.
- Experience with BACnet and building automation networks.
- Ability to read control diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Niagara, Tridium, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane, Distech, or Alerton systems.
- BAS programming or commissioning experience.
- Technical degree or industry certifications.
- Experience with energy management and system optimization.
