About the Role
We are seeking an HVAC Account Manager who excels at building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role combines technical HVAC knowledge with strategic account management to deliver tailored solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities (Required)
- Manage a portfolio of HVAC accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (service technicians, project managers, and operations) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Monitor client facilities for compliance with HVAC standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
Additional Responsibilities (Preferred)
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional facility services beyond HVAC.
- Participate in industry networking events and trade shows to expand market presence.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior account managers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC account management, sales, or related field.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and facility maintenance practices.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and retention goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience managing multi-site commercial accounts.
- Familiarity with integrated facility management solutions and energy efficiency programs.
