Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join a high-performing team in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals in a competitive market. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by delivering tailored HVAC solutions for residential and/or commercial clients across Dallas–Fort Worth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers within the Dallas metro area

Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads, and manage follow-ups

Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution

Stay current on HVAC products, technologies, rebates, and energy efficiency programs
Qualifications

Prior sales experience in HVAC, construction, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation

Basic proficiency with CRM tools and mobile sales applications

Direct HVAC sales experience (residential replacement or commercial systems) preferred

Knowledge of load calculations, ductwork, and system sizing
