As a BAS Service Technician, you’re not just fixing problems. You are a consultant, an educator, and a strategic partner helping customers operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

The Role: Diagnostics, Partnership, and Strategy
You will be responsible for ensuring the health, stability, and optimization of sophisticated HVAC and temperature control networks for high-profile commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC control systems through high-priority service calls
• Execute Technical Support Agreements (TSAs) to maintain peak system performance
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call response schedules for critical customer support
• Build long-term customer relationships grounded in trust, professionalism, and technical excellence
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, retrofits, and new TSAs to improve customer facilities
• Support project planning activities including device requisitions, manpower coordination, and documentation
• Travel occasionally for assignments outside the primary territory to support diverse client needs

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of HVAC experience or formal technical training
• Strong understanding of DDC systems, electrical fundamentals, and mechanical HVAC operations
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to system optimization
• Capacity to work independently in a self-governing, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Delta Controls
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Systems integration experience (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.)
• Customer-facing service experience in commercial or industrial environments
