Success in this role requires not only technical skills but also a strong work ethic, self-starter with positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in both team-based and independent work settings.

We value collaborative problem-solvers who can work well with HVAC techs, electricians, management, and customers, while also being capable of taking full ownership of individual tasks and seeing them through to completion without direct supervision.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the BAS industry
  • Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative teams and contribute to a positive work environment
