BAS Equipment / Supply Branch Manager – St Louis Missouri

Job Title: Branch Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

We have served mechanical contractors, system integrators, schools, hospitals, and other vertical markets for nearly 60 years.We are a stocking distributor for over 100 manufacturers. We provide replacement parts, retrofit solutions, and control system design as well as other building control solutions for our customers.

Description:

  • Be a local “go to” person for our customers in the local market
  • Daily fulfillment and coordination of sales orders – inside sales.
  • Shipping and receiving parts and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with internal purchasing to manage
  • Provide application and technical assistance as needed.
  • Replacement part sales such as thermostats, valves and actuators, dampers, controllers, pumps, contactors and relays, and many other control accessories.
  • Recommend and advise customers on replacement part upgrades and retrofit opportunities for control system upgrades.
  • Interact with vendors as needed
  • Manage a staff of 1-3 employees

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude a must
  • Enjoy problem solving and working with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Computer skills – must have the ability to navigate basic computer programs and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
