About the Role:
We are actively seeking a motivated and technically skilled BAS (Building Automation Systems) Sales Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Hammonton, New Jersey. In this role, you’ll lead and support sales efforts related to BAS/Controls systems, including developing scopes of work, presenting solutions to clients, and managing customer relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in building automation technology, HVAC controls, or mechanical/electrical engineering who wants to play a key role in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent us in BAS controls sales for new and existing customers.

Assist with creating scopes of work and technical proposals for building automation projects.

Develop and deliver sales presentations and supporting documentation (including PowerPoint decks, brochures, and proposals).

Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and lunch-and-learns.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Maintain accurate data in CRM software to manage opportunities and client information.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Automation Technology (preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or a related sales/technical role (preferred).

Familiarity with building automation systems, energy management systems, or smart building technologies.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience using CRM platforms and PDF tools (e.g., Acrobat).

Working knowledge of Visio and AutoCAD (a plus).

Ability to learn and retain technical information quickly.

Strong understanding of laptops, tablets, and smartphones used in field operations.
