Position Overview:
The HVAC Service Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC service solutions. This role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, driving contract renewals, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned HVAC service accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC service or account management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical understanding of HVAC equipment and controls.
- Experience in contract management and service agreements.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
