Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Building Automation Service Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage BAS service requests, HVAC automation maintenance schedules, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations. You’ll serve as a key link between our service technicians, project managers, and clients, helping optimize building performance and support energy efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule building automation service requests, BAS preventive maintenance, and HVAC controls projects.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely updates on BAS system service, retrofits, and repairs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, work orders, and maintenance histories.

  • Support HVAC and building controls technicians with scheduling, technical information, and issue resolution.

  • Assist with managing parts, equipment, and materials for BAS and HVAC service projects.

  • Track project milestones, service performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Promote our commitment to open protocol building automation, energy savings, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in service coordination, HVAC service support, or building automation systems is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with BAS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and HVAC systems a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
