Position Overview:
This role involves the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Building Automation Systems (BAS) in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HVAC controls, electrical systems, and BAS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and service a wide range of BAS/HVAC control systems.

Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.

Use multimeters and software tools for troubleshooting and commissioning.

Respond to service calls, including rotating on-call emergency support.

Interface with customers and provide excellent technical support.

Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Automation Systems, HVAC service, or electrical controls.

Technical certification or training in HVAC, controls, or electrical systems.

Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work overtime as required.

Comfortable using diagnostic tools, meters, and BAS interfaces.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
