Job Title: Building Automation Specialist

Responsibilities
Required:
- Participate as a member of the On-Call Service rotation.
- Serve as a Service lead for planned preventive maintenance, service calls, and projects, including execution of complex programming and system corrective actions.
- Act as a primary resource to Project Managers for daily project status reports.
- Serve as technical lead to project field teams for checkout and commissioning (Cx) processes, including:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex BMS issues.
- Diagnosing complex programming issues and implementing corrections.
- Creating complex GFX logic strategies from SOO typically found in central plants and large HVAC systems.
- Serve as HP lead in Cx and Functional Testing meetings.
- Write and execute customer Method of Procedure (MOP) and MCM when project-dependent.
- Manage subcontractor daily reports, performance, and corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on project needs.

Education/Training
Required:
- Minimum of 24 months as Specialist I or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
- MCA PM course.
- AutoCAD experience.
- N4 Tridium Certification.
- Distech Certification.
Optional:
- PMP certification.
- CPR certification.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Around $85,000 annually (depending on experience).
