Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Building Automation Account Manager to grow and manage client relationships across our building automation portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in HVAC controls and automation systems, combined with a passion for customer engagement and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored building automation solutions, including HVAC controls, energy management systems, and integration services.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Represent Enviro-Matic Systems at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or related technical sales.
- Strong understanding of BAS systems (e.g., Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, etc.).
- Proven track record in account management and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
