Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Building Automation Account Manager to grow and manage client relationships across our building automation portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in HVAC controls and automation systems, combined with a passion for customer engagement and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored building automation solutions, including HVAC controls, energy management systems, and integration services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent Enviro-Matic Systems at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or related technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of BAS systems (e.g., Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, etc.).
  • Proven track record in account management and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
