Job Title: HVAC Account Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced HVAC Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC professional with a proven track record in project sales, client relationship management, and estimating/pricing their own work.
The account executive will be handed an existing book of business and will be responsible for maintaining, growing, and developing long-term relationships with key clients in the commercial and industrial HVAC market.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HVAC customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand company market share in the region.

Estimate, price, and prepare proposals for HVAC retrofit, replacement, and service projects.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings to assess project needs and propose tailored HVAC solutions.

Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and profitability targets.

Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the company throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC project sales (retrofit, design-build, or plan-and-spec).

Proven ability to price and estimate HVAC projects independently.

Strong existing relationships within the local HVAC and building owner community — established network required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
