Job Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection (chillers, boilers, air handlers, ductwork), and system integration.
- Develop detailed mechanical drawings and specifications using tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare technical documentation, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Oversee installation and commissioning, ensuring HVAC systems meet performance, safety, and code requirements.
- Conduct troubleshooting, system optimization, performance testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
- Stay current with HVAC industry advancements, codes, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Skilled in HVAC load calculations, AutoCAD/Revit, and energy modeling tools
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills and team collaboration mindset
