Position Overview
As an HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative, you’ll be the key driver in promoting our preventive maintenance agreements, energy service solutions, and automated control systems to commercial clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions that enhance system performance and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Engagement
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance agreements, energy services, and building automation controls.
- Present solutions that align with clients’ operational goals and drive long-term relationships.
- Solution Structuring
- Recommend appropriate service programs—ranging from routine maintenance to sophisticated energy service agreements and control system integrations.
- Use knowledge of our expertise in energy-efficient retrofits, controls, and critical environment services to position value-added offerings.
- Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and pre-construction teams to help craft proposals that highlight lifecycle cost savings, efficiency, and reliability.
- Account Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, especially when leveraging visual job documentation via tools like XOi Vision.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project execution, adherence to timelines, and margin performance.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor sales results, forecast future opportunities, and report on progress in partnership with leadership—mirroring how our leadership manages operations and revenue tracking.
