HVAC Project Manager – Large Commercial Projects

Role Overview

As an HVAC Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial HVAC projects ranging from $10 million to $20 million. You’ll oversee all aspects—from pre-construction planning and BIM coordination to field execution, client communication, and closeout—ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management for $10M–$20M HVAC projects, including schools, labs, hospitals, and government facilities.

• Manage pre-construction planning, budgeting, scope definition, and constructability analysis.

• Direct and coordinate prefabrication efforts and manage BIM deliverables for enhanced project efficiency.

• Ensure projects maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to our core values.

• Supervise onsite installation, fabrication, commissioning, and system turnover.

• Lead cross-functional teams—mechanical, plumbing, piping—and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to drive on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal leaders through regular updates and meetings.

• Uphold and promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols across project sites.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record managing $10M to $20M commercial HVAC projects.

• Extensive experience in mechanical contracting: HVAC, plumbing, process piping, commissioning.

• Skilled in pre-construction, BIM coordination, and prefabrication workflows.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Strong organizational skills, budget control, and problem-solving capabilities.
