About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a non-union position focused on overseeing design-build and plan-and-spec HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry and a background in ductwork or piping systems. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Responsibilities

Manage all phases of HVAC design-build and plan-and-spec projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.

Review project plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings to develop accurate scopes of work.

Oversee installation of ductwork, piping, and mechanical systems, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to resolve design or field issues.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.

Procure equipment and materials, and manage subcontractor performance.

Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are maintained on job sites.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications

3–5 years of HVAC project management experience (non-union environment preferred).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical installations.

Experience in design-build and plan-and-spec projects.

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
