Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

What You’ll Lead
- Oversight of high-impact HVAC construction projects from strategy through closeout
- Preconstruction planning, risk assessment, and client presentations
- Project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and margin accountability
- Mentorship of PMs, engineers, and field leadership for long-term development
- Escalation support for scope changes, conflict resolution, and executive alignment
- Business development, collaboration, and contract negotiation
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HVAC or mechanical contracting experience
- 3+ years in a senior or executive-level project role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Sage 100, and industry-standard tools
- Executive-level communication and client engagement skills
Preferred:
- LEED credentials, design-build project experience, or union/non-union labor management
- Master’s degree or MBA
