Job Title: HVAC Project Manager/Estimator
A leading industrial and commercial mechanical contractor based in DFW, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This position requires a self-driven individual with strong leadership, estimating, and project management capabilities, particularly in process piping and mechanical systems for industrial and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from start to completion
- Prepare project estimates and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, with a focus on process piping
- Strong background in estimating and project management
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, including isometric and P&ID diagrams
- AutoCAD experience and ability to develop or review shop drawings is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
