Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead and expand our Special Projects Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse HVAC projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of HVAC projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices within the division.

Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.

Experience with energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions.
