We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer with a strong background in HVAC sales to join our growing team! This role focuses on developing new business and managing existing client relationships while selling HVAC retrofit projects, owner-direct HVAC solutions, design-build projects, and equipment changeouts.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of commercial HVAC retrofit projects, HVAC design-build solutions, owner-direct projects, and HVAC equipment replacements.

Conduct site surveys, energy assessments, and system evaluations to identify opportunities for upgrades and replacements.

Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, cost estimates, and technical presentations for building owners, facility managers, and property stakeholders.

Work closely with engineering and project management teams to design and implement effective solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with building owners, property managers, contractors, and facility decision-makers.

Stay current with HVAC technologies, retrofit solutions, VRF systems, DX equipment, and air-cooled chillers to provide clients with the best options.

Achieve or exceed annual HVAC sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.

3–5 years of proven success in commercial HVAC sales, ideally with a focus on retrofit, design-build, and equipment replacement projects.

Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, VRF, DX, chilled water, and air-cooled chiller systems.

Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close sales in a competitive market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
