Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. This individual will focus on selling owner-direct service agreements, retrofit solutions, and unit change-out projects across diverse facilities, including healthcare, light industrial, and hospitality environments.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of sales expertise and HVAC industry knowledge, with a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships while delivering customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage owner-direct relationships with facility owners, property managers, and decision-makers in the healthcare, light industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Identify opportunities for service contracts, retrofit projects, and unit change-outs that align with client needs and budget.

Prepare quotes and estimates for projects, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Partner with inside sales support to streamline proposals, lead tracking, and pipeline management.

Collaborate with collections and billing support to ensure smooth project handoff and client satisfaction.

Conduct site visits, evaluate equipment and system conditions, and recommend appropriate service or replacement options.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Stay up to date with HVAC technologies, industry trends, and local market conditions.
Qualifications

3–5+ years of proven HVAC sales experience (service, retrofit, or equipment sales preferred).

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, unit replacement, and retrofit applications.

Experience selling to healthcare, light industrial, or hospitality facilities is highly preferred.

Ability to develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Proficient in preparing quotes, estimates, and proposals with accuracy and attention to detail.
