Job Title: HVAC Selling Project Manager
Position Overview:
This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of generating and closing commercial HVAC sales with overseeing the successful execution of awarded projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the leadership skills necessary to manage projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, building owners, property managers, and engineers.

Conduct site visits and assess client needs to prepare accurate scopes of work and cost estimates.

Create and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close contracts that meet both client needs and company profitability targets.

Oversee project execution including scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and customer communication.

Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:
