The HVAC Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and dispatch of service technicians, while maintaining excellent communication between customers, field staff, and management. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs

Dispatch HVAC technicians based on availability, skillset, and location

Act as the main point of contact between customers and service technicians

Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed in the system

Provide timely updates to customers on appointment status, technician ETA, and service completion

Order HVAC parts and manage inventory levels for service needs

Assist with generating service invoices and collecting documentation

Monitor technician workload and optimize routes for maximum efficiency

Support the service manager and operations team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HVAC, facilities, or service industry coordination
