Job Title: HVAC Service Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC service sector, focusing on both new and existing clients.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC service needs and providing customized solutions.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Service Contracts: Sell preventive maintenance contracts and extended warranties to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of ongoing service for their HVAC systems.

  • Proposal Development: Create and present customized sales proposals, including pricing, scope of work, and service terms.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM software. Provide regular updates on sales progress and performance to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, services, and products, including maintenance, repairs, and installation.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Education: High school diploma required; a technical or business degree is a plus.

  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
