Job Title: HVAC Service Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC service sector, focusing on both new and existing clients.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC service needs and providing customized solutions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Service Contracts: Sell preventive maintenance contracts and extended warranties to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of ongoing service for their HVAC systems.

Proposal Development: Create and present customized sales proposals, including pricing, scope of work, and service terms.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
