Position Overview
We’re hiring a dynamic HVAC Service Sales Executive to drive growth of our service and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and deep network to win new clients and expand relationships with existing customers—supporting our mission to ensure system uptime, energy efficiency, and exceptional indoor air quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify commercial and industrial clients—including property managers, facility directors, and project owners
  • Promote core service offerings: emergency repair, preventive maintenance programs, energy-efficient retrofits, indoor air quality improvements, tenant build-outs, and design?build HVAC solutions
  • Develop tailored service proposals and contracts, articulating system benefits and ROI
  • Cultivate relationships through site visits, technical evaluations, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align service delivery with customer expectations
  • Manage sales pipelines and CRM updates to forecast revenue and ensure contract renewal
  • Hit monthly and annual sales targets for new contracts, recurring revenue, and upsells
  • Stay informed on emerging HVAC technologies, rebate programs (e.g., gas boiler controls, insulation initiatives), and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in HVAC service sales, B2B account management, or consultative technical sales (industrial/commercial markets preferred)
  • Knowledgeable about HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, energy efficiency strategies, and IAQ technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated consultative selling ability
  • Ability to thrive in both independent field settings and team-driven environments
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
