Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Sales Representative to drive growth by promoting HVAC service, maintenance agreements, and building automation solutions. This role is customer-facing and consultative—requiring technical fluency, relationship-building expertise, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Sell HVAC maintenance, retrofit, replacement services, and service contracts to owners and operators—highlighting ROI, reliability, and operational advantages.

Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning service agreements as the foundation for account management.

Consult with facility stakeholders to understand operational needs and craft solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and uptime.

Present proposals with clarity and competitiveness, addressing objections and differentiating our value.

Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline—from prospecting to closed contracts—and participate in regular account and sales team meetings.

Partner with operations and service teams to ensure seamless implementation and follow-up and act as the internal “voice of the customer” for feedback and continuous improvement .
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, consultative selling, and influencing skills—able to engage decision-makers at various organizational levels.

Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
