Job Title: HVAC Service Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new service agreements, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with commercial clients. You will serve as the link between our technical service team and our customers, ensuring tailored HVAC solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a pipeline of service agreement opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

Conduct site visits to evaluate customer HVAC systems, assess service needs, and present tailored maintenance/service agreements.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure customer requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and met.

Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Stay current on industry trends, products, pricing, and market conditions.

Utilize CRM software to document sales activities, track leads, and manage client interactions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC sales, service agreement sales, or a related technical sales field.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and service requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in the commercial HVAC sector.

HVAC certifications or technical training background is a plus.
