About the Role
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for HVAC and building systems? We are looking for a Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR) to join our growing team. In this hunter-style role, you will be responsible for acquiring new commercial clients and selling HVAC service and maintenance contracts. You’ll work independently to prospect, cold call, qualify leads, conduct site surveys, and close contracts—targeting at least $250,000 in new business annually.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Acquire New Customers: Use cold calling, networking, and site visits to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Sell HVAC Maintenance Contracts: Present proposals tailored to customer needs and close sales.

Conduct Site Surveys: Evaluate customer locations to determine service requirements and pricing.

Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal departments.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Project Sales Representatives and Service Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Maintain CRM Accuracy: Log activities and opportunities in Salesforce to track performance and pipeline.
Requirements
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in HVAC, facility services, or B2B sales

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM

Preferred: Completion of a formal sales training program

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $74,000 annually

Commission: Paid quarterly based on sales performance
